Markaz Tarbiyya is building an institution, not just running programs. This plan sets out how we intend to grow — with the permission of Allah — over the next fifteen years.

Establish a college or university in Mwera Village, Pangani District — the culmination of our educational vision.

Nursery & primary schools

Establish nursery and primary schools that combine Islamic and secular education from an early age.

Second phase

Secondary school (Form 1–6)

Establish a secondary school spanning Form 1 to Form 6, completing the school-level pathway.

Office & administrative capacity

Equip the organisation with office equipment, computers, printers, and furniture to operate effectively.

Leadership & management training

Strengthen management, project management, and financial management through training and mentorship.

Monitoring & evaluation

Build monitoring and evaluation systems so programs are measured, improved, and accountable.
